Charges and Booking Details
The accommodation at Ardyne is for those undertaking academic, educational, research and artistic activities. This can be interpreted in a wide sense but the Trust will need to have a brief note of your proposed work or project before it confirms a booking.
The building contains five sets of rooms.
| Set 1: Ground floor: | Study/bedroom with double bed, shower room with WC. |
| Set 2: First Floor: | Sitting Room, double bedroom, bathroom with bath and WC. |
| Set 3: First Floor: | Ditto. |
| Set 4: Second Floor: | Study/bedroom with single bed, shower room with WC. |
| Set 5: Second Floor: | Ditto. |
There is a shared kitchen (with dining table and washing machine). Sets do not contain their own individual cooking facilities.
Flat rates for all rooms.

Deposits of £150 will be payable for occupancy of three months or more and £40 for occupancy of one to three months. Charges include Electricity, Rates, Cleaning of rooms once a fortnight (communal areas weekly), Heating, Cleaning materials, Bulbs replaced and bedding (for bookings up to four weeks)
Note: no bedding supplied for bookings over four weeks, however this can be hired from the Trust if needed.
