Refunds and Cancellations Explained Simply

We understand that plans change. As a charity, we also need to balance flexibility with the need
to fund our programme and care for our buildings.

Workshops and Courses

For workshops and courses:

  • participants must follow safety guidance
  • we may adjust tutors, content, venue, or schedules if needed
  • where necessary we may offer an alternative course or alternative date
  • we may cancel and refund where minimum numbers are not met

Accommodation

  • Cancellation terms are explained when you book.
  • If you cancel within the stated timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Where refunds are offered, we may deduct an administrative charge.
  • If we have to cancel your stay, we will refund everything you have paid.

Venue Hire

Refunds for venue hire depend on how much notice you give and whether we can rebook the
space.

Exceptional Circumstances

In genuinely exceptional situations, we may consider refunds at our discretion. We ask for
understanding that this is not always possible.

If you are unsure about cancellation terms, please contact us before booking and we will be
happy to explain.
