Winter Wednesdays & Burns Poetry Workshop

The Old Brewery is open to anyone of all ages on Wednesday afternoons throughout the winter months (check calendar for dates).  There will be tea, coffee and biscuits available all afternoon, with space to chat, bring a craft project or play games. As an optional extra this week, you can join visiting poet and writer Caroline Burrows (VerseCycle) for a Burns Poetry Writing workshop. We will read some Burns poems and then write a stanza of our own in style of Robert Burns. Caroline has run workshops all over the UK and recently featured on BBC Radio 4, her workshops are inclusive and fun and no expreince is necessary.
