Launching CROMARTY HARP VILLAGE 2023, renowned harpist and storyteller Heather Yule will give an hour long performance in the Old Brewery cafe area.

Heather’s childhood home was filled with the voices of many of Scotland’s great storytellers including Stanley Robertson and Besty Whyte.  She is continuing this tradition with sensitive harp accompaniment and has performed and taught throughout Scotland, the US and Canada.  She is involved in the burgeoning Scottish traditional storytelling scene with its base in Edinburgh's Scottish Storytelling Centre and is a very active clarsach teacher.

Come along and enjoy some exciting and spell-binding traditional Scottish stories.  Discover the strange adventures of travelling musicians of the past, and some of the supernatural creatures of the sea and the land, all interwoven with the sparkling music of the harp.
