Join us for an evening of diverse solo piano with Duncan Honeybourne as part of his Scottish tour.

Duncan has toured extensively in the UK, Ireland and Europe as soloist and chamber musician, he has broadcast frequently on BBC Radio 3 and radio networks worldwide. This evening he plays a brand new work by Aberdeen based composer Philip Cooke as well as work from Franz Schubert, Chopin's Sonata in B minor, Alexander Mackenzie's Scene's In The Scottish Highlands and work from the 1920s by William Baines.

Duncan was a prizewinner at the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with First Class Honours and completing his studies with the Russian pianist Mikhail Kazakevich on a scholarship from the Sheepdrove Trust. He teaches at the Royal Academy of Music Junior Academy, the University of Southampton and Sherborne School.
