Holiday Sewing club! Introduction to machine sewing for children
With thanks to the Middleton Trust, this workshop is now available at the very reduced price of £15 for all four workshops.
This class is suitable for children aged 8+, they will learn the basics of how a sewing machine works and how to use it safely. Sewing is a lifelong skill which is brilliant for anyone to learn. This class will give your kids the confidence to use a sewing machine and an understanding of basic sewing terminology. Over the four days they will make a some fun easter themed projects which they will take home at the end of the class.
All fabrics, sewing tools and haberdashery will be supplied.
Children are welcome to bring their own machine (if they or family have a machine that they would like to learn on) however there will be machines available to use for each participant.
